Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to own Salesforce backlogs, gather requirements, and drive platform improvements across governance, automation, and integrations. You will collaborate with IT, developers, and leadership to translate business objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions.

The role emphasizes Product Ownership, BPM, and Salesforce Administration, with 5+ years in Salesforce and 3+ years in a Product Owner/BA/BP Manager capacity.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced knowledge and experience in Salesforce Administration.
• Leads requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT activities, release validations, and post-deployment support for medium to large-scale initiatives.
• Evaluates and recommends configuration, automation, integration, and process improvement solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, scalability, and business objectives.
• Influences prioritization decisions across multiple stakeholder groups and manages dependencies between business, technical, and vendor teams.
• 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
• 3+ years experience functioning as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validation activities, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
• Operates with minimal supervision while managing competing priorities across strategic projects, enhancement requests, production support, and governance activities.
• Contributes to process improvements
