Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to align Salesforce initiatives with business goals. The role blends Product Ownership, BPM, and Salesforce Administration to deliver scalable solutions and drive automation across partners and customers.
You'll own the Salesforce backlog, gather requirements, and lead sprint ceremonies while partnering with leaders to improve processes, governance, and adoption across Arrow's platforms.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
- 3+ years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
- Experience with platform integrations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
- Manage data integrity, governance, and platform compliance.
- Support integrations between Salesforce, ArrowSphere, Power BI, ERP, and other business applications.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT activities, release validations, and post-deployment support.
