Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership. The role combines Product Ownership, Business Process Management, and Salesforce Administration to translate objectives into scalable platform solutions.

You will own Salesforce backlogs, drive automation opportunities, and lead end-to-end validation and adoption activities for medium to large-scale initiatives across ArrowSphere, Power BI,

Qualifications

Requires 5+ years of experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
Experience as Product Owner, Business Process Manager, or similar role.
Proficient in Salesforce administration, data modeling, and automation.

Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and define roadmap.
Gather requirements and translate into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Lead UAT, release validation, and adoption initiatives across Salesforce and related systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable platform solutions.
