Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to act as the main liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, architects, and leadership. The role combines Product Ownership, BPM, and Salesforce Administration to deliver scalable platform solutions that meet business objectives.

- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce platforms and product ownership.
- Strong background in business process management and agile delivery.
- Experience coordinating with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions.
Responsabilidades
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
- Gather requirements and translate them into epics, features, and stories.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and reviews.
- Drive automation and process improvements across Salesforce and related systems.
- Manage platform support, release validation, and user adoption initiatives.
- Lead requirements, design discussions, UAT, and post-deployment support.
