Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership. You will own Salesforce backlogs, define roadmaps, gather requirements, and drive platform improvements across ArrowSphere and Power BI integrations.

The role combines Product Ownership, BPM, and Salesforce Administration to translate business objectives into scalable solutions, supporting remote operations with cross-functional collaboration

Formación

• 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• 3+ years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
• Experience with platform integrations.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• JIRA knowledge and experience.
• Certifications (CSPO, Salesforce certs) are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and prioritize Salesforce backlogs and define roadmaps.
• Gather requirements and translate to epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation and process improvements.
• Support Salesforce admin tasks and integrations with ArrowSphere, Power BI, ERP.
