Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to bridge business needs with Salesforce and related platforms. You will own the Salesforce backlog, gather requirements, and guide agile ceremonies while coordinating with IT, developers, and leadership to deliver scalable solutions.
You will drive process improvements, support UAT and release initiatives, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture. Remote Colorado-based, with potential onsite collaboration across Arrow teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years supporting Salesforce platforms.
- Experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
- Experience with platform integrations and data modeling.
- Strong stakeholder management and communications skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce administration and declarative tools.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce backlog; translate requirements into epics and stories.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and stakeholder reviews.
- Drive automation opportunities and platform adoption across business units.
- Manage platform support, release validations, and post-deployment activities.
- Collaborate with IT, developers, architects, and business leaders.
