Job summary
Arrow Electronics seeks a Business Process Manager to own Salesforce backlogs, gather requirements, and drive process improvements across the organization. You’ll work with IT, developers, and business leaders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions and improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
You will manage deployments, UAT, and release validations while aligning with enterprise architecture and governance.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum)
- Advanced Salesforce Administration knowledge
- Experience with requirements gathering and UAT
- Experience supporting platform integrations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication
- 5+ years Salesforce experience
- 3+ years Product Owner/Business Process Manager
- JIRA knowledge for user stories and backlog
- Experience with Power BI and ArrowSphere
Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce backlogs and define product vision, roadmap, and priorities
- Gather requirements and translate into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and reviews
- Identify automation opportunities and improve processes with stakeholders
- Provide admin support and manage Salesforce environments and integrations with ArrowSphere/ERP
- Coordinate issue triage and release validation activities
- Lead end-to-end process design and measurement for scalable solutions
- Support UAT planning, execution, and post-release support
