Arrow Electronics seeks a Business Process Manager to serve as a pivotal liaison among stakeholders, IT, and leadership. The role blends Product Ownership, BPM and Salesforce Administration to convert business objectives into scalable solutions across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities include backlog ownership, requirements gathering, and cross-functional collaboration to drive automation and process improvements with a focus on adoption and governance across Salesforce and related platforms.

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge and experience in Salesforce Administration.
5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
3+ years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or BP Manager.
Experience supporting platform integrations.
Influences prioritization and manages dependencies across business, technical, and vendor teams.
Provides system administration support for Salesforce environments.

Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
Gather business requirements and translate into epics, features, and user stories.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and reviews.
Partner with leaders to identify automation and process improvements.
Drive adoption of platform capabilities to improve experiences for customers, partners, and employees.
Manage platform support, release validation, and adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
