Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Business Process Manager to lead Salesforce product ownership, admin tasks, and process optimization across business operations. You will partner with IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership to turn requirements into scalable solutions.

You'll drive backlog prioritization, define roadmaps, and oversee UAT, release validation, and post-deployment support for medium-to-large initiatives within Arrow’s Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
• 3+ years functioning as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting platform integrations.
• Advanced Salesforce administration knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and define roadmap priorities.
• Gather business requirements and translate into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and reviews with stakeholders.
• Drive automation and process improvements across Salesforce and ArrowSphere.
• Provide system administration for Salesforce environments and manage data integrity.
• Partner with leaders to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade platform solutions.
