Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director of Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce strategy, governance, and CoE leadership. This role partners with Sales, Service, Data, and Digital teams to align priorities and drive a unified roadmap across multiple Salesforce instances.

The leader will establish governance, security, and lifecycle management practices, mentor distributed teams, and own the relationship with Salesforce while ensuring measurable business value and risk-aware execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years leading enterprise platforms and technology teams.
• 10+ years in Salesforce leadership in a large org.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce org rationalization and governance.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and financial planning experience.
• Proven CoE establishment and platform operating model experience.
• Translate complex business needs into enterprise roadmaps.
• Security, privacy, and compliance controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise Salesforce strategy, roadmap, and governance across domains.
• Lead Salesforce CoE, architecture reviews, and release governance.
• Ensure platform health, security, reliability, and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align priorities.
• Manage vendor relationships and financial planning for Salesforce.
