Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. You will set the vision, operating model, investment priorities, and governance for Salesforce across FMS, SCS, and RLM, ensuring platform health, security, data integrity, and sustained business value.

You will lead the Salesforce CoE, drive cross-functional collaboration, and partner with business and technology leaders to modernize and harmonize Salesforce deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and extensive Salesforce leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise platforms and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with governance, architecture, and CoE operation.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise Salesforce strategy, governance, and roadmaps.
• Chair the Salesforce CoE and align investors, leaders, and teams.
• Ensure platform health, security, reliability, and compliance.
• Guide architecture reviews, standards, and best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships and commercial negotiations.
• Lead transformation across sales, service, and data domains.
