This leader chairs the Salesforce CoE, aligns stakeholders across Sales, Service, and Data domains, and drives a coherent roadmap with measurable business value. The role requires collaboration across business segments, architecture oversight, and the ability to balance enterprise needs with platform safety and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in technology leadership with enterprise platforms.
• 10+ years in Salesforce or comparable enterprise SaaS.
• Experience leading managers and cross-functional teams.
• Salesforce CoE, governance, and portfolio management experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into enterprise-wide Salesforce roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year Salesforce vision, strategy, and governance.
• Chair the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Lead platform health, security, and lifecycle management.
• Build durable relationships with cross-functional leaders and translate priorities into enterprise choices.
• Set design standards, reviews, and best practices for Salesforce solutions.
