Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Director of the Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. This role defines vision, governance, and investment priorities for FMS, SCS, and RLM, ensuring platform health, data integrity, and business value.

You will chair the Salesforce Center of Excellence, align cross-functional leaders, mentor teams, and balance technical depth with enterprise influence to deliver safe, scalable Salesforce solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, business or related field.
10+ years in technology leadership for enterprise platforms.
10+ years leading Salesforce or enterprise SaaS in a large, complex environment.
5+ years in leading Salesforce org/instance rationalization or consolidation.

Responsibilities

Define Salesforce strategy, roadmap, and governance for a multi-year vision.
Maintain platform health, security, reliability, and operational risk.
Lead cross-functional relationships with Sales Ops, Service, Product, Security, EA, Data, and IT.
Establish guardrails for configuration, development, integration, data, identity, and AI.
