Job Description: Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud Administrator

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud Administrator will manage and oversee the administrative operations of Herzing University's Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud ecosystems.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
2. 2+ years of experience on the Marketing Cloud platform.
3. Expertise in Marketing Cloud as an administrator, architect, or advanced developer.
4. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
5. Experience with ETL or middleware tools.
6. Preferred: Data Cloud administrator or architect roles, certifications in Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud.

Responsibilities

1. Align marketing technology strategy with overall IT strategy.
2. Design and configure technical architecture using Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
3. Build analytics reports and dashboards for marketing campaigns.
4. Create Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud segments and automations.
5. Collaborate on integrations, security, and data governance.
6. Design, configure, and test solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
7. Manage data integrity, security, and compliance.
8. Develop and maintain SQL queries and automations.
9. Create and run analytics reports related to marketing automations.

Additional Information

Remote work is available for residents in the United States only. Current employees should apply via the internal process. Compensation ranges from $81,400 to $110,200, with a comprehensive benefits package. Physical requirements include typical office activities, with occasional travel to Milwaukee, WI.
