Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud Administrator

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud Administrator will manage and oversee the administrative operations of Herzing University's Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years experience with the Marketing Cloud platform.
• Expertise as an administrator, architect, or advanced developer in Marketing Cloud, with knowledge of connectors, data extensions, and API integrations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
• Experience with ETL or middleware tools.
• Preferred: experience as a Data Cloud administrator or architect, and relevant certifications.

Compensation and Benefits

Responsibilities

1. Align marketing technology strategy with overall IT strategy.
2. Design and configure technical architecture of systems using Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
3. Build and run analytics reports and dashboards for campaign performance and effectiveness.
4. Create Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud segments and automations.
5. Collaborate on integrations, security, and data governance with external teams and IT stakeholders.
6. Design, configure, and test Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions to meet business needs.
7. Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance within Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud, including writing and maintaining SQL queries and automations.
8. Generate ongoing analytics reports related to marketing automations.

Physical Requirements

• Remain stationary; occasionally move around.
• Operate office equipment including computers, copiers, and audiovisual tools.
• Communicate verbally and visually with students and staff.
• Occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
• Willingness to travel to Milwaukee, WI.
