Job Description: Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud Administrator

Role Overview

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud Administrator will manage and oversee the administrative operations of Herzing University's Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud ecosystems.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years of experience working on the Marketing Cloud platform required.
• Expertise in Marketing Cloud as an administrator, architect, or advanced developer with working knowledge of connectors, data extensions, and API integrations with external systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive business outcomes.
• Experience with ETL or middleware tools.
• Prior experience working in Data Cloud administrator or architect roles preferred.
• Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud Certifications preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $81,400 to $110,200. Compensation is based on qualifications, experience, and circumstances. Responsibilities

1. Align marketing technology strategy with overall IT strategy.
2. Design, oversee, and configure technical architecture of systems utilizing Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud platforms.
3. Build and run analytics reports and dashboards to evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness.
4. Create Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud segments and automations.
5. Collaborate with external teams, including IT, on integrations, security, and data governance.
6. Provide solutions to meet business needs, including design, configuration, and testing activities.
7. Assist in database management, SQL queries, automations, and analytics reporting to ensure data integrity and system stability.

Physical Requirements

• Remain stationary most of the time; occasionally move around the workspace.
• Operate office and teaching equipment, including computers and audiovisual tools.
• Communicate verbally and visually with students, staff, and colleagues.
• Occasionally lift up to 10 pounds and travel to Milwaukee, WI.
