Job Description: Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud Administrator

Role Overview

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud Administrator will manage and oversee the administrative operations of Herzing University's Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud ecosystems.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• At least 2 years of experience with the Marketing Cloud platform.
• Expertise in Marketing Cloud administration, architecture, or advanced development, with knowledge of connectors, data extensions, and API integrations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive business outcomes.
• Experience with ETL or middleware tools.
• Prior experience as a Data Cloud administrator or architect is preferred.
• Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud certifications are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range is $81,400 to $110,200, based on qualifications and experience. Benefits include tuition waiver and reimbursement, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan with company match. For more information, click here.

Key Responsibilities

1. Align marketing technology strategy with overall IT strategy.
2. Design, oversee, and configure technical architecture for Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud platforms.
3. Build and run analytics reports and dashboards to evaluate marketing campaigns.
4. Create segments and automations within Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
5. Collaborate with external teams on integrations, security, and data governance.
6. Provide solutions through design, configuration, and testing of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
7. Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance; develop SQL queries and automations; generate analytics reports.

Physical Requirements

• Remain stationary most of the time; occasionally move around.
• Operate office equipment such as computers and copiers.
• Use voice and hearing for communication; observe and assess visually.
• Occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
• Willingness to travel to Milwaukee, WI.
