Job Description: Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud Administrator

Position Overview

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud Administrator will manage and oversee the administrative operations of Herzing University's Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud ecosystems.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
2. 2+ years of experience on the Marketing Cloud platform.
3. Expertise in Marketing Cloud as an administrator, architect, or advanced developer, with knowledge of connectors, data extensions, and API integrations.
4. Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data for business insights.
5. Experience with ETL or middleware tools.
6. Preferred: Prior experience as a Data Cloud administrator or architect.
7. Preferred: Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud Certifications.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $81,400 to $110,200, determined based on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including tuition reimbursement, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan with company match.

Responsibilities

1. Align marketing technology strategy with overall IT strategy.
2. Design and oversee technical architecture of systems using Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud platforms.
3. Build and run analytics reports and dashboards to measure marketing campaign effectiveness.
4. Create Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud segments and automations.
5. Collaborate with external teams on integrations, security, and data governance.
6. Design, configure, and test Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions to meet business needs.
7. Manage data integrity, security, and compliance within Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud, including SQL query development and automation.
8. Generate ongoing analytics reports related to marketing automations.

Physical Requirements

• Remain stationary most of the time; occasionally move around the work location.
• Operate office and teaching equipment, including computers and audiovisual tools.
• Use voice and hearing to communicate, and visually observe and assess.
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 10 pounds.
• Willingness to travel to Milwaukee, WI, as needed.
