Americaneagle.com is seeking a Salesforce Implementation Consultant to join our growing Salesforce practice. This hands-on, client-facing role focuses on implementing and supporting Salesforce solutions, with initial emphasis on Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration, consulting, or implementation experience with strong working knowledge of Sales Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) or a comparable platform.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, data models, fields, page layouts, permissions, validation rules, Flow, reports, dashboards, and data management.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate client conversations, and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce configurations.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and training skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions and translate sales and marketing processes into practical Salesforce solutions.
• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud components (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Activities, security, automation, reports, dashboards, forecasting).
• Configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, including connectivity, field mappings, forms, lists, segmentation, and basic automation.
• Support data migration and validation activities, including field mapping, imports, unsubscribe handling, testing, and reconciliation.
• Develop implementation documentation, facilitate UAT and launch readiness, and train administrators and end users.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations with clients and internal teams.
