Job summary

Stash Talent Services is looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to work with business and technical teams to analyze requirements, design Salesforce solutions, configure the platform, and support implementations and enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Salesforce experience across configuration, customization, integrations, and end-to-end delivery, including flows, apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience in a Consultant/BA/Developer role.
• Hands-on with Salesforce config, customization, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to work with business and technical teams to analyze requirements, design Salesforce solutions, configure the platform, and support implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce experience across configuration, customization, integrations, and end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document Salesforce requirements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and technical specifications.
• Configure Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Lightning App Builder, Reports, Dashboards, and Security Controls.
• Support customization using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs where required.
• Design and support integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
• Work across Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.
• Develop data models, object relationships, sharing rules, permission sets, profiles, and role hierarchies.
• Assist with data migration, data cleansing, data validation, and Salesforce data loading.
• Participate in Salesforce releases, deployments, testing, and production support.
• Troubleshoot platform, integration, workflow, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Provide technical documentation, solution designs, process flows, and user documentation.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions follow platform best practices, security standards, and scalability requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce in a Consultant, Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce Developer, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Apex, LWC, SOQL, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and security model.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs, including REST/SOAP.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, objects, relationships, sharing, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools such as Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, Metadata API, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.
