Job summary

Dscout is looking for a GTM & Salesforce Systems Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team. You will own Salesforce configuration, automate information flows, and build scalable solutions across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.

You will drive CPQ migration, manage AI-powered integrations, and train teams on new workflows, bringing strong communication and problem-solving to a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

4+ years of Salesforce administrator / developer experience required.
Salesforce Administration / Advanced Administration certification required.
Hands-on CPQ experience; CPQ tools a plus.
SQL and database querying proficiency.
Experience with AI-powered tools and integrations in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Architect, design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions for multiple GTM teams.
Support integrations between Salesforce and key GTM tools (Gong, LeanData, Chili Piper, Cognism).
Manage AI-powered integrations and partner with AI enablement teams.
Lead migration from Salesforce CPQ to a new CPQ tool and administer it long-term.
Document data structures, definitions, and processes; train teams on best practices.
