Job summary

Dscout is seeking a GTM & Salesforce Systems Administrator to join its Revenue Operations team. You will own Salesforce configuration, automate information flows, and build scalable solutions for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations and Customer Success.

You’ll lead projects end-to-end, train teams, and drive AI-enabled improvements. The role requires CPQ experience, Salesforce admin certifications, and strong SQL skills, with a focus on scalable, efficient GTM processes and

Qualifications

4+ years of Salesforce administrator / developer experience.
Salesforce Administration / Advanced Administration certification required.
Hands-on CPQ experience; Salesforce CPQ or equivalent with Vendori/DealHub is a plus.
Technical proficiency in SQL and database structures; ability to write complex queries.
Experience partnering with departments and leadership to scope requirements and see projects through to completion.
Experience with AI-powered tools and integrations in Salesforce context; willingness to collaborate with AI enablement team.

Responsibilities

Architect, design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations and Customer Success.
Build automation to eliminate manual work and keep GTM processes running smoothly.
Manage integrations between Salesforce and GTM tools (Gong, LeanData, ChiliPiper, Cognism, etc.).
Oversee AI-powered integrations in the GTM ecosystem with the AI enablement team.
Lead migration from Salesforce CPQ to a new CPQ tool, and act as long-term administrator.
