Job summary

DigitalOcean, Inc. is hiring a Senior GTM Engineer to own implementations, integrations, automation, and AI-powered workflows across the GTM stack. You’ll tackle tier 2 escalations, build data flows between Snowflake and Salesforce, and partner with the TPM on architecture and solution design.

You will contribute to solution design, coordinate with vendors, and mentor teammates while expanding your depth in Salesforce and related GTM tools within a remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years administering GTM/business systems with Salesforce depth.
• End-to-end ownership of projects: implementations, integrations, automations.
• Experience building/integrating with iPaaS tools and APIs; understanding auth, rate limits, sync directions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver GTM stack project work: tool implementations, integrations, automation, and cross-tool enhancements.
• Handle tier 2 escalations and resolve flow errors, data model questions, and cross-system issues.
• Build and maintain data flows using iPaaS and APIs to keep data synchronized across Snowflake, Salesforce, and downstream tools.
• Develop AI-powered workflows, agents, and automation; collaborate on MCP integrations across the stack.
• Do meaningful Salesforce work including complex flows, data model changes, and release management; extend to Outreach, Planhat, DealHub, and Clay as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors on implementations, support cases, and POCs; document patterns and mentor other engineers.
