Job summary

Varmoda is seeking a Salesforce & GTM Systems Manager to own the roadmap, architecture, administration, and continuous improvement of the technology ecosystem supporting its revenue operations. This hands-on role will lead Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ while ensuring Salesloft, ZoomInfo, NetSuite, Microsoft 365, Slack, and related integrations operate as one connected system.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in Business Systems, Revenue Operations, CRM administration, or GTM platform ownership.
• Deep hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Active Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
• Hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience, including product and price rules, price books, discount and approval workflows, and quote templates.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with an ERP platform, preferably NetSuite.
• Experience supporting end-to-end quote-to-cash processes.
• Working knowledge of Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or comparable sales-engagement and data-enrichment tools.
• Strong Salesforce Flow and declarative automation expertise.
• Understanding of APIs, JSON, middleware, and enterprise integration concepts.
• Experience leading systems projects through requirements, design, testing, deployment, training, and adoption.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to balance urgent operational requests against strategic roadmap priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM technology ecosystem roadmap and prioritize system initiatives.
• Serve as Salesforce Administrator and Solution Architect; manage data models and CPQ configurations.
• Oversee Salesforce‑to‑NetSuite integration and monitor cross-system data integrity.
• Develop, maintain, and govern dashboards and reports for revenue operations; establish data quality controls.
• Lead enablement, training, and change management for new platforms, features, and integrations.
