Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Salesforce GTM Engineer to help own the front-end of the GTM funnel. You’ll partner with Marketing Operations on lead-to-opportunity processes, campaign attribution, and pipeline data quality, while delivering scalable Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Revenue Cloud solutions.

You’ll build integrations with Marketo and other GTM systems, implement data controls, and support production issues in a fast-paced startup-like environment. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Experience with Marketing Operations and campaign attribution.
• Knowledge of lead-to-opportunity and pipeline management.
• Hands-on Salesforce CPQ, including products, pricing, discounts.
• Experience with Revenue Cloud Automation and production support.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools for Salesforce deployments.

Responsibilities

• Support campaign execution, lead lifecycle management, lead scoring and routing, and attribution reporting.
• Own lead-to-opportunity and pipeline management, with data quality controls and forecasting support.
• Build integrations between Salesforce, Marketo, and other GTM systems.
• Design and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, CPQ, and core platform.
• Contribute to CPQ workflows including pricing, discounts, and approvals.
• Support RCA initiatives and resolve cross-system issues.
• Explore AI-powered automation for GTM workflows.
