Eliassen Group is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join a remote, contract engagement focused on go-to-market systems built on Salesforce. You will work with sales, channel, and operations to refine requirements and prioritize a backlog of enhancements and fixes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst, independently
• Deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud for go-to-market/sales operations
• Strong BA practices: requirements gathering, user stories, process mapping, testing
• Experience in Agile teams with Salesforce developers/administrators
• Clear, confident communication with business and technical teams
• Comfort operating in a changing environment with backlog management

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, partner/channel, and operations stakeholders to translate needs into requirements
• Own and manage a backlog of Salesforce enhancements and fixes
• Lead analysis on go-to-market projects from discovery through delivery
• Write well-structured user stories with acceptance criteria
• Map end-to-end business processes across the opportunity-to-quote lifecycle
• Collaborate with development to clarify requirements and remove blockers
• Plan and run testing including test cases and UAT coordination
• Coordinate with BSAs on quote-to-cash interfaces with Zuora/NetSuite
