Eliassen Group is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join a remote contract engagement focused on go-to-market systems built on Salesforce. You will work with sales, partner/channel, and operations to translate needs into clear requirements and manage a backlog of enhancements and fixes.

You’ll lead small to medium projects from discovery through delivery, write precise user stories, and ensure testing and UAT are coordinated with business users.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Deep, hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud experience supporting go-to-market or sales operations.
• Strong BA practices: requirements gathering, user stories, process mapping, and testing.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with sales, partner/channel, and operations to translate needs into requirements.
• Own and prioritize a Salesforce backlog of enhancements and fixes.
• Lead analysis on go-to-market projects from discovery to delivery.
• Write well-structured user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Map end-to-end business processes across the opportunity-to-quote lifecycle.
• Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements and remove blockers.
• Plan and run testing, create test cases, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate with BSAs supporting quote-to-cash systems (Zuora, NetSuite).
