Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join a remote, contract-based engagement. You will work with Sales, Partner/Channel, and Operations to refine requirements, manage a Salesforce backlog, and lead go-to-market projects from discovery through delivery.

Key responsibilities include writing clear user stories, mapping end-to-end processes, coordinating testing, and collaborating with Zuora/NetSuite interfaces. Strong BA skills and Salesforce expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or BA with independent work track record.
• Deep hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud experience supporting go-to-market/sales ops.
• Strong BA practices: requirements gathering, user stories, process mapping, testing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, partner/channel, and operations stakeholders to translate needs into requirements.
• Own backlog of Salesforce enhancements and fixes and prioritize effectively.
• Lead analysis on go-to-market projects from discovery to delivery.
• Write structured user stories with acceptance criteria for development.
• Map and document end-to-end business processes across opportunity-to-quote lifecycle.
• Work with development team to clarify requirements and remove blockers.
• Plan and run testing, including test cases and UAT coordination.
• Coordinate with BSAs for quote-to-cash interfaces (Zuora, NetSuite).
