Eliassen Group is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join a remote contract engagement focused on go-to-market systems built on Salesforce.

You will partner with sales, partner/channel, and operations stakeholders to translate needs into defined requirements, own a backlog of Salesforce enhancements, and lead small-to-mid projects from discovery through delivery, while collaborating with developers and QA to ensure quality and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or BA, with independent work experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud experience supporting go-to-market or sales ops.
• Strong BA practices: requirements gathering, user stories, process mapping, testing.
• Experience working in Agile teams with Salesforce developers and admins.
• Clear, confident communication with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Comfort working in a changing environment with backlog prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, partner/channel, and operations to translate needs into requirements.
• Own backlog of Salesforce enhancements and fixes; prioritize work.
• Lead analysis on go-to-market projects from discovery to delivery.
• Write structured user stories with acceptance criteria for development.
• Map end-to-end processes across opportunity-to-quote lifecycle.
• Coordinate with BSAs supporting quote-to-cash (Zuora/NetSuite).
