Eliassen Group is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join a remote, contract engagement focused on go-to-market systems built on Salesforce. You will collaborate with sales, partner teams, and operations to translate needs into clear requirements and manage a backlog of enhancements and fixes.

You will lead small to medium projects from discovery to delivery and craft robust user stories for development.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst, independently capable.
Deep experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud supporting go-to-market or sales operations processes.
Strong core BA practices: requirements gathering, user stories, process mapping, testing.

Responsibilities

Partner with sales, partner/channel, and operations stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements.
Own and manage backlog of Salesforce enhancements and fixes for prioritization.
Lead analysis on go-to-market projects from discovery through delivery.
Write well-structured user stories with acceptance criteria for development.
Document end-to-end business processes across the opportunity-to-quote lifecycle.
Collaborate with development team to clarify requirements and remove blockers.
Plan and run testing including test cases and UAT with business.
