Job summary

Figma is seeking a Senior Salesforce Systems Architect to optimize, scale, and govern Salesforce to support Sales, CX, Marketing, Legal, Product and Finance teams. You will manage complex initiatives end-to-end and advise stakeholders on CRM automation and reporting.

This full-time role can be held from a US hub or remotely in the United States, with compensation spanning a high value base salary and equity. You will lead onboarding, adoption, and process documentation to drive revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as Salesforce Systems Administrator with Partner Ecosystem support.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and ability to build custom apps/objects, flows, and formula fields.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Strong SQL/SOQL, data modeling, and advanced reporting/dashboard experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Salesforce-related operational inquiries from the partnership team and cross-functional partners.
• Respond to complex process questions, identify root causes, and propose scalable solutions.
• Refine and evolve workflows based on business needs.
• Drive and coordinate UAT for Salesforce enhancements and releases.
• Validate that solutions meet functional requirements before release.
• Maintain Salesforce Partner Ecosystem and Experience Cloud.
