Job summary

MetLife is hiring an early-career Developer, Sales Technology to design, build, test, and support B2B Sales Tech capabilities. You’ll work with data, reporting, and integration components across CRM and MarTech ecosystems.

You’ll collaborate with product owners and engineers to deliver secure, maintainable solutions in an AI-enabled accelerator model, learning quickly and applying approved AI-assisted practices under guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software or data solutions in a modern, AI-enabled environment.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, data integration, and cloud data platforms.
• Strong collaboration with product, engineering, and data teams; agile mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and support B2B Sales Technology components and integrations.
• Refine user stories, provide design notes, and support delivery artifacts.
• Contribute to data, reporting, and automation tasks using Databricks, Azure Data Lake, and Power BI.
• Assist integrations with Salesforce, Seismic, SharePoint, Teams, and MS 365 suite.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and peer reviews; uphold secure coding practices.
• Investigate defects and production issues with guidance from senior engineers.
