MetLife's Global Technology team is seeking a Senior Developer, Sales Technology to design, build, test, and support secure, scalable B2B sales solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support production-ready B2B Sales Technology solutions.
• Build and maintain components using Python, Java, SQL, REST APIs, and Azure practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, Scrum Leads, Tech Leads, Data teams, QA, DevSecOps, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Work with Databricks datasets, Azure Data Lake/Factory, Foundry, Power BI to enable data flows.
• Develop secure integrations across Salesforce/GB360, Seismic, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, M365, Power Automate, and more.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate code creation, testing, and documentation with human review.
• Contribute to agentic workflow and AI-enabled delivery patterns to improve productivity and speed to value.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-team dependency discussions.
• Apply secure design and coding practices including authentication, secrets management, monitoring, and logging.
• Investigate defects and production incidents; document root causes and durable fixes.
• Improve engineering through peer reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, feature flags, and debt reduction.
