• Bachelor's degree in business or related area or equivalent
• 6+ years in CRM with at least 3 years Salesforce
• 1 year of leadership/people management
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Strong analytical skills and Salesforce product knowledge
• Experience developing technology roadmaps and strategic plans
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple initiatives
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Business process improvement experience
• Highly organized and results oriented
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year Salesforce strategy and roadmap
• Identify and implement Salesforce AI capabilities to improve productivity and customer experience
• Lead complex Salesforce initiatives including product configuration, pricing, quoting, and self-service
• Oversee Salesforce ecosystem solutions like Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Build and lead a high-performing Salesforce organization
• Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate on architectural and integration solutions across Salesforce and enterprise tech
• Manage Salesforce budget and vendor relationships, build-vs-buy decisions
• Provide executive updates on progress, value, risks, and dependencies
• Perform other duties as assigned
