Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 6 years CRM experience, including at least 3 years with Salesforce.
• 1 year of leadership/people management experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Strong analytical skills and Salesforce product knowledge.
• Experience developing technology roadmaps and strategic plans.
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Business process improvement experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or other industry-specific Salesforce cloud solutions preferred.
• Experience implementing Salesforce AI capabilities, agentic solutions, intelligent automation, or AI-enabled self-service.
• 2 years of leadership/people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Lead Salesforce initiatives including configuration, pricing, quoting, guided selling, and self-service.
• Oversee Salesforce ecosystem solutions such as Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, mobile apps, AI-enabled self-service platforms, AppExchange and other tech solutions.
• Build and lead a high-performing Salesforce organization delivering business value.
• Oversee requirements gathering, design, testing, and maintenance for Salesforce capabilities.
• Collaborate on architectural and integration solutions across Salesforce and the tech ecosystem.
• Manage Salesforce budget and vendor relationships; assess build vs buy.
• Provide executive updates on progress, value, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
