Job summary

OpenAI in San Francisco is seeking a Technical Systems Program Manager to drive the strategy and execution of CRM workflows across Salesforce and adjacent platforms. You will partner with Engineering, Revenue Operations, Data, and Enterprise Platform teams to operationalize scalable systems in a hybrid in-office schedule.

You bring 8+ years of experience leading technical programs, deep CRM knowledge, and a proven ability to align stakeholders and deliver complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience leading high-impact technical programs.
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows in support or user operations.
• Experience across CRM systems and integrations.
• Proven ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Fluent with APIs, event-driven architectures, and enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
• Knowledge of SDLC, QA, release management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM systems initiatives across support.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and engineering to identify pain points and scalable solutions across Salesforce and adjacent platforms.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders and drive prioritization and execution.
