Job summary
WorkWave is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to drive automation, governance, and scalable solutions in a high-growth, remote-friendly environment. You will partner with leaders across Sales, Finance, Customer Support, and Professional Services to streamline processes and remove bottlenecks.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Deep experience supporting complex revenue and services operations with a solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ is required.
- Experience with Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) supporting PSA/ERP workflows is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain system health: monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply patches.
- Ensure data integrity through audits, migrations, and data hygiene practices.
- Manage user access, security, roles, permissions and change control.
- Refactor legacy configuration and deprecate outdated automation to modernize the org.
- Partner with leadership to identify AI opportunities and automate core workflows.
- Oversee sandbox environments and release management for changes.
- Gather requirements from cross-functional teams and translate into scalable Salesforce solutions.
