Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Manager, Salesforce to lead strategy, administration, and modernization of our Salesforce platform. The role drives multi-year roadmaps, AI-enabled capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, operations, marketing, and client-facing teams.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in CRM with Salesforce, strong leadership, and proven ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related area; HS diploma or GED required.
• 6 years of CRM experience including at least 3 years with Salesforce.
• 1 year of leadership/people management experience.
• Eligible to work in United States without visa or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap.
• Identify and implement Salesforce AI capabilities to improve productivity and customer experience.
• Lead complex Salesforce initiatives including product configuration, pricing, quoting, and self-service capabilities.
• Oversee Salesforce ecosystem solutions such as Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and mobile apps.
• Build and lead a high-performing Salesforce organization delivering business value.
• Oversee requirements gathering, design, testing, and maintenance to align with objectives.
• Collaborate to evaluate and support architectural and integration solutions across Salesforce ecosystem.
• Manage Salesforce budget, vendor relationships, and build-versus-buy options.
• Provide executive updates on progress, risks, and strategic recommendations.
