Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to lead complex client implementations with a focus on financials, scope, and delivery. You will partner with clients, architects, and solution teams to drive Salesforce and AI-enabled service projects from kickoff through implementation and acceptance.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of Salesforce PM experience, strong consulting background, and hands-on Salesforce/AI delivery expertise within an Agile, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience on Salesforce
• Experience in professional services or consulting
• Proficient in Agile project management methodologies
• Hands-on Salesforce project management or Scrum leadership
• Skilled in estimation, sizing, and managing SOW/Change Orders
• Experience facilitating requirements sessions and grooming user stories
• Salesforce or AI delivery experience on blueprint/implementation projects
• Salesforce Admin certification with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud certifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule
• Drive implementations of AI and digital service solutions
• Serve as the primary client contact and build strong client relationships
• Facilitate regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders
• Lead kickoff sessions to define success metrics and track progress
• Support requirements ownership and ensure clarity in business requirements
• Own user story creation and lead grooming sessions with the Solution Architect
• Assist in delivering client presentations during various project phases
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate test plans
• Support end-user training logistics and material preparation
• Manage B2B CRM systems and AI software projects
• Coordinate with architects to incorporate business requirements into designs
• Act as Agile Scrum Master guiding the SDLC process

For our client, we are seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will oversee complex client implementations with a focus on project financials, scope, schedule, and overall delivery execution. The position partners closely with clients, architects, solution teams, and stakeholders to drive Salesforce and AI-enabled service projects from kickoff through implementation and acceptance. It is well suited for a highly organized project leader who can balance Agile delivery, requirements clarity, and strong relationship management in a consulting environment. The ideal candidate will help guide cross-functional teams through discovery, planning, user story development, testing, and training while keeping delivery aligned to business goals.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

• Salesforce.com Admin certification with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications
