Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
• 6 years of work experience with CRM applications, including at least 3 years of experience with Salesforce
• 1 year of leadership/people management experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational priorities, business transformation objectives, and measurable business outcomes
• Identify, prioritize, and implement Salesforce artificial intelligence capabilities that improve productivity, decision-making, customer experience, and self-service
• Lead complex Salesforce initiatives and platform enhancements, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, guided selling, and self-service capabilities that drive business value and operational efficiency
• Oversee the implementation and support of Salesforce ecosystem solutions such as Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, mobile applications, AI-enabled self-service platforms, and other AppExchange, SaaS, or sales technology solutions
• Build and lead a high-performing Salesforce organization that delivers business value through strong talent development, accountability, innovation, process improvement, and disciplined execution of strategic initiatives and priorities
• Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and ongoing platform maintenance to ensure Salesforce capabilities align with business objectives and deliver measurable value
• Collaborate with technology and business teams to evaluate, prioritize, and support architectural and integration solutions across Salesforce and the broader technology ecosystem
• Manage the Salesforce budget and coordinate vendor relationships and contract negotiations, assess build-versus-buy options, and maximize the business value of Salesforce and third-party technology investments
• Provide executive-level updates that clearly communicate progress, business value, risks, dependencies, tradeoffs, and strategic recommendations
• Perform other duties as assigned
