Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 years of work experience with CRM applications, including at least 3 years of Salesforce
• 1 year of leadership/people management experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year Salesforce strategy and roadmap aligned with priorities
• Identify and implement Salesforce AI capabilities to improve productivity and experience
• Lead Salesforce initiatives including configuration, pricing, quoting, and self-service
• Oversee Salesforce ecosystem solutions like Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations
• Build a high-performing Salesforce organization with talent development
• Oversee design, testing, implementation, and maintenance to meet business goals
• Collaborate with tech and business teams to evaluate architecture and integrations
• Manage Salesforce budget, vendor relationships, and build-vs-buy decisions
• Provide executive updates on progress, risks, and strategic value
• Perform other duties as assigned
