Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Manager, Salesforce - Remote, to lead the CRM administration strategy and multi-year roadmap for Salesforce. You will guide a high-performing team, partner with senior leaders across sales, operations, and marketing, and drive automation and AI-enabled self-service initiatives to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications include 6 years in CRM with 3+ years in Salesforce and 1 year of people management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related area, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required.
6 years of work experience with CRM applications, including at least 3 years with Salesforce.
1 year of leadership/people management experience.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Develop multi-year Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap.
Identify and implement Salesforce AI capabilities to improve productivity and customer experience.
Lead Salesforce initiatives including product configuration, pricing, quoting, and self-service features.
