SRS Distribution - McKinney is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager, CRM to lead the Salesforce delivery, operations, and a multidisciplinary team. You will drive AI-driven sales-enablement initiatives and own release-quality execution in a high-demand environment.

Success requires strong Salesforce expertise, leadership, and partnership with product owners and architects. The role is onsite at the McKinney office with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Salesforce delivery and operations for a business-critical platform.
• Strong delivery management skills with product/project frameworks such as Scrum or Shape Up.
• Proven track record building, developing, and retaining technical teams.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform and release/operational best practices.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with data lake/warehouse integration with Salesforce for BI.
• Familiar with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, CI/CD and ITSM tools (Jira/ServiceNow).
• Experience with capacity planning, resourcing, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Oversee AI-driven capabilities and sales-enablement roadmap.
• Own day-to-day delivery planning, execution, and releases.
• Run operations including incident, change, release management, and SLAs.
• Partner with Product Owner and Architect to translate roadmaps into plans.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and tooling.
