Job summary

Prime Therapeutics seeks a Manager of Salesforce to lead strategy, administration, and modernization of the Salesforce platform while guiding a high-performance team. The role focuses on multi-year roadmaps, AI-enabled capabilities, and cross-functional partnership with sales, account management, operations, marketing and client-facing teams to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience with CRM applications, including at least 3 years with Salesforce
• 1 year of leadership/people management experience
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with technology roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or AI capabilities (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap
• Identify, prioritize, and implement Salesforce AI capabilities
• Lead Salesforce initiatives including product configuration, pricing, quoting, and self-service
• Oversee Salesforce ecosystem solutions like Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, apps
• Build and lead a Salesforce organization delivering business value
• Manage requirements, design, testing, and maintenance of Salesforce capabilities
• Collaborate with teams to evaluate architectural and integration solutions
• Manage Salesforce budget and vendor relationships, evaluate build-vs-buy
• Provide executive updates on progress, risks, and strategic recommendations
• Perform other duties as assigned
