Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related area or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of work experience with CRM applications, including Salesforce.
• 1 year of leadership/people management experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement Salesforce AI capabilities to improve productivity, decision-making, and customer experience.
• Lead complex Salesforce initiatives and platform enhancements including configuration, pricing, quoting, guided selling, and self-service.
• Oversee Salesforce ecosystem solutions such as Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, mobile apps, AI-enabled self-service platforms, and AppExchange/SaaS.
• Build and lead a high-performing Salesforce organization with talent development, accountability, and disciplined execution of strategic initiatives.
• Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance to align Salesforce with business objectives.
