Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
• 3+ years in leadership/people management.
• 6+ years working with CRM applications, including Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap aligned with priorities.
• Identify and implement Salesforce AI capabilities to improve productivity and customer experience.
• Lead complex Salesforce initiatives including configuration, pricing, quoting, and self-service capabilities.
• Oversee Salesforce ecosystem solutions such as Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and mobile apps.
• Build and lead a high-performing Salesforce organization with disciplined execution of strategic initiatives.
• Oversee requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment to align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with tech and business teams to support architectural and integration solutions.
• Manage Salesforce budget, vendor relationships, and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Provide executive updates on progress, value, risks, and dependencies.
