Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Manager, Salesforce - Remote to lead the CRM platform strategy and operations. The role combines deep Salesforce expertise with business leadership to deliver a multi-year roadmap, modernize capabilities, and drive value through automation and AI-enabled self-service.

You will lead a high-performing team and partner with senior leaders across sales, operations, and marketing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 6 years CRM experience incl. Salesforce
3+ years Salesforce experience
1 year of leadership/people management experience
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-year Salesforce strategy and roadmap
Identify and implement Salesforce AI capabilities to improve productivity and customer experience
Lead Salesforce initiatives including pricing, quoting, and self-service capabilities
Oversee Salesforce ecosystem solutions (Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, mobile apps)
Build and lead a high-performing Salesforce organization
Oversee requirements gathering, design, testing, and maintenance
Collaborate on architectural and integration solutions across Salesforce and related tech
Manage Salesforce budget, vendor relationships, and build-vs-buy decisions
Provide executive updates on progress, risks, and strategic recommendations
Perform other duties as assigned
