Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. seeks a CRM Platform Tech Lead to own the Salesforce strategy, architecture, and roadmap. Lead consultants and developers, partner with business stakeholders, and ensure Salesforce scales with company priorities from Santa Ana, CA or Jersey City, NJ.

Onsite or hybrid, remote candidates considered with periodic travel. This role reports to the Director of Enterprise Systems and requires deep Salesforce expertise, including Apex, LWC, and integrations, plus leadership

Qualifications

10+ years of experience with Salesforce and CX stacks, including hands-on dev/config.
At least 2+ years in people-management or team-lead roles.
Proven track record leading Salesforce projects end-to-end.
Deep CRM tech chops: Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST/SOAP, complex automation.
Ability to build and communicate a technology roadmap tied to business priorities.

Responsibilities

Technical Ownership: Own Salesforce architecture, configuration, integrations, and data model.
Development Leadership: Guide development, testing, and release processes.
Team Management: Lead consultants and developers, ensure delivery timelines and standards.
Roadmap & Prioritization: Build a Salesforce roadmap aligned with business priorities.
Business Partnership: Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Governance & Accountability: Enforce change-management and release standards.
Vendor & Consultant Management: Oversee external partners and budget.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with ERP, IT, Data teams for integration.
