Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Manager, Salesforce to lead strategy, administration, and modernization of our Salesforce platform. This remote role partners with senior leaders across sales, account management, operations, marketing and client-facing functions to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related area; HS diploma or GED is required
• 6 years of work experience with CRM applications, including at least 3 years on Salesforce
• 1 year of leadership/people management experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Strong analytical skills and Salesforce product knowledge
• Experience developing technology roadmaps and strategic plans
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple initiatives
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Business process improvement experience
• Highly organized and result focused
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and indirect lines of authority
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap aligned with priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement Salesforce AI capabilities that improve productivity and customer experience.
• Lead complex Salesforce initiatives and platform enhancements, including config, pricing, quoting, and guided selling.
• Oversee the implementation and support of Salesforce ecosystem solutions such as Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud and mobile apps.
• Build and lead a high-performing Salesforce organization delivering value through talent development and disciplined execution.
• Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with teams to evaluate and support architectural and integration solutions across Salesforce and broader tech.
• Manage Salesforce budget and vendor relationships; assess build-versus-buy options.
• Provide executive updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and strategic recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
