Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technical teams, including Salesforce engineers, admins, or similar CRM professionals.
• 7+ years of Salesforce experience with data modeling, Flow, Apex, LWC, and integration patterns.
• Proven ownership of architecture and governance for a complex Salesforce environment.
